In order to book any activity displayed on the website send us a completed booking form at email@example.com.This constitutes an agreement that you have read and understood the terms and conditions below. We recommend that you try and book at least 4 weeks in advance (especially in the peak season) so that accommodation, staffing and transport can be arranged . Last minute bookings are possible and in this instance we recommend that you notify us direct.
To book a package tour a non refundable deposit of 20% of the trip cost is required at the time of booking by bank transfer no later than 10 days before departure. Your place on any trip will not be guaranteed or held unless the deposit is paid. Balance of payment or full payment is required at least 7 day prior to the trip departure. Amount paid will be based on the existing US Dollar exchange rate. Banking deposits, Wire transfer or any other forms or mediums to send the amount the charges applicable during the process is to be bearded by the sender themselves during the process.
If internal flight is included then full payment of the cost in advance is required.
80% of total agreed cost is refundable only when notice of my cancellation is clearly given and approved by the Agent no less than 7 full days prior to the departure from Kathmandu. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to departure after the payment 50% of the amount will be refunded. Last minute cancellation and absence at departure will not be refunded Under no circumstance will there be a refund of any kind if you don’t notify us and don’t show up on the trip departure date or if one leaves the trip after it had started for any reasons, voluntary or involuntary.
Should clients have to cancel (due to illness or an emergency at home) once they have arrived in Kathmandu and paid the full amount, there will be a refund of 70% of the balance AFTER deduction of any costs which have already been incurred (i.e. flight ticket cancellation fees, hotel cancellation fees, part payment to porters, etc).
In case of flight cancellation on the same day no refund will be applicable.
Trip cancellation beyond our control
Itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond the control of Travel in travel out. Conditions like weather, flight delays or alteration or any natural calamities ,factor relating to political causes. Travel in travel out with its guides or team leader holds the right to alter the itinerary and its relative forms.
Incase of the trip cancellation from the above mentioned ones Travel in travel out would do an utmost to make an alternative arrangement.
While every effort is made by our guide to ensure the safety of all participants, it is a condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. All clients should cover personal injury, medical expenses, death, helicopter rescue, repatriation, luggage, theft or cancellation. Please ensure your insurance covers any activity that you intend to participate in during your visit.
Travel in travel out acts as an intermediary between transportation and airline, train companies, hotels, tourist offices and all other contractors providing the services and as such is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political action and unrest must be borne by passengers.
